Local pick-up
Free local pick-up is available for visitors at our studio/gallery, 172 camp Mary Anne Road, Mindemoya on Manitoulin Island. When you have received confirmation that your order is ready, we will provide directions if necessary, and you can come to our studio to pick up your order. Local pick-up orders must be collected within one week of receiving your order pick-up confirmation.
Shipping
We offer shipping within Canada and the USA at standard Canada Postal rates (custom fees are extra). Your order will be shipped as soon as it’s ready. Some orders may take longer to prepare due to availability of materials. If an order will take longer than one week to be shipped, we will notify you via email. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns
Returns on goods that arrive damaged will be accepted within seven (7) days of arrival. Please use the form on the Contact page to request a return. Once we receive your order back, we will process your refund. We will only accept returns on items sold directly from this website or through the studio.
